Data Reports

The HMIS and any data stored in the HMIS remains the property of the CoC. The CoC identifies a HMIS Lead System Administrator; for Muskegon County. To request a de-identified data report for a specific areas of interest or sub-population; please submit the following form to Miranda Broadbent, HMIS System Administrator at hmismuskegoncoc.org, at least two weeks in advance of the time you need the requested HMIS report.
